FILM CRITICS CIRCLE OF AUSTRALIA
The Film Critics Circle of Australia’s Annual Awards for Australian Films of 2018 were held on Thursday 4th April 2019 at the Paddington/Woollahra RSL, Oxford Street, Paddington (opposite the Paddington Town Hall).
It was an entertaining night, hosted by Les Asmussen and attended by film industry professionals from both behind and in front of the camera, plus many members of the media who write about their productions. In Australia, the FCCA Awards are to the AACTAs sort of like the Golden Globes are to the Oscars in the USA. Congratulations to the FCCA Awards Manager Adrienne McKibbins and her team of volunteers who once again delivered one of the best nights for the Australian film industry.
